Refund Policy

Every Faith Athletic piece is made to order just for you. Because each item is printed after you order it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at zachhkeenee@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the shipping label. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible. Once your order has started production, we're unable to cancel it.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
